TC Game - Responsible Gaming

TC Game responsible gaming: how to set deposit and time limits, recognise problem-gambling warning signs, self-exclude, and reach confidential 18+ support helplines.

Play within your limits

Gambling at TC Game is designed to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a way to generate income or escape financial stress. Before every session, set a fixed budget you can genuinely afford to lose and treat it the same way you would money spent on a film or a meal. Once that amount is gone, close the app and walk away.

Never chase losses. A losing streak is a mathematically normal part of gambling, and increasing your bets to recover what you lost almost always deepens the deficit. Set a personal stop-loss, for example 50% of your session budget, and quit the moment you hit it. A simple monthly note of deposits versus withdrawals keeps your spending visible and honest.

Balance is equally important. Gambling should sit alongside, not replace, hobbies, socialising and rest. Avoid playing when tired, stressed or under the influence of alcohol. Every game on TC Game carries a built-in house edge; no strategy changes that long-term reality. Play for fun and stay firmly within your means.

Warning signs of problem gambling

Problem gambling develops gradually and is not always obvious from the inside. Behavioural warning signs include: spending more time or money than planned; returning immediately after a session to chase losses; hiding the amount you gamble from family or an employer; and borrowing money, using a credit-card advance or selling belongings to fund play.

Emotional signs are equally telling, feeling restless or irritable when you cannot gamble, using gambling to cope with loneliness or depression, or feeling ashamed after a session yet returning the next day. Financial red flags include unexplained gaps in your bank account, missed bill payments, or a pattern of repeated small UPI transfers to your TC Game wallet that far exceed what you intended to spend.

Recognising even one or two of these signs is reason enough to act. The sooner you use the account controls described below, or speak with a counsellor, the easier it is to regain control before debts or relationship damage accumulate further.

Deposit, loss and time limits

TC Game provides built-in limit tools inside your account. Go to My Account → Responsible Gaming → Set Limits to activate them. A deposit limit caps how much you can add to your wallet over a rolling 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day period, preventing impulsive top-ups via PhonePe, GPay or BHIM UPI. A loss limit halts play automatically once your net losses in a session or a day reach your chosen figure.

A session time limit sends a break reminder, or triggers a hard logout, after a set number of minutes, which is particularly useful if you tend to lose track of time during late-night sessions. Reductions take effect immediately; any request to raise a limit carries a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period so impulsive increases made mid-session cannot take hold straight away.

Self-exclusion and cool-off

If limit-setting alone is not enough, TC Game offers two stronger options. A cool-off period locks your account for a short defined window, 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days, giving you space to reset without a long-term commitment. During the break, login is blocked and no marketing messages will be sent to you.

Self-exclusion is a more serious step that closes your account for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Once active, it cannot be reversed during the chosen period, even on request. To apply either option, navigate to My Account → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion or contact TC Game support directly. If you self-exclude, we also recommend blocking gambling sites using a third-party tool such as Gamban or BetBlocker to remove temptation across all platforms.
